Role

We are seeking a dynamic sales leader to build a high performance sales team.

Ideal candidate has 5-7 years or more of Enterprise Software sales experience across multiple market segments including SMB and Enterprise. Prior experience in selling data, analytics, BI products would be added advantage. Experience in selling in multiple regions within the US and Canada, Europe and Asia would be great. Selling SaaS, Cloud based software products based on licensing / subscription model would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to capacity
• Establish the sales process and using tools implement the sales cycle process
• Set and achieve Sales targets based on GTM strategies
• Manage, Guide and mentor junior SE’s
• Provide feedback loop to product/engineering on features requested by customers
• Work with Professional Services / Support / Product / Engineering to address Customer issues / enhance product by increasing value add
• Create partnerships with other data tools & infrastructure vendors to create turn key end-to- end solutions
• Work with leadership to build GTM strategies, annual planning and budgeting
• Communicate with leadership on Sales pipeline, goals, targets, actuals on a periodic basis

Experience & Skills

• At least 5-7 years of enterprise software sales experience managing one or more sales regions
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience with each of the small-medium businesses, mid-sized and large enterprise segments is necessary.
• Experience with setting sales quotas, goals, targets and managing sales team in achieving them is critical
• Knowledge of sales & marketing tools such as SalesForce and using them to manage leads and sales process is important

Role

An ideal candidate would be someone who is an expert in Python and has worked in the domain of data sourcing, integration and processing on both structured and un-structured data using traditional RDBMS and the newer NoSQL & Big data data stores. Experience with near-real time data streaming technologies is of added value.

Experience building enterprise software using distributed service oriented architecture is important. He/She has a good understanding of OOPS, design patterns. Any experience with data mining, machine learning, math and statistical algorithms is a plus.

Experience & Skills

• At least 5 years of enterprise software development experience with one more programming languages such as Python, Java, Scala. Have some experience with development on the cloud preferably AWS
• Experience with Python math and statistical libraries is a plus
• Candidates with strong data structure design experience in a variety of data stores such as RDBMS, No-SQL databases, HDFS / Hadoop, Amazon Redshift, Cassandra, S3 would be preferred.
• Exposure to Spark, Kafka, Amazon Kinesis, Amazon Athena, Presto would be of added value

This individual must be proficient in or more of technologies such as angular.js, node.js, Ruby on rails or Django/python frameworks. Understanding of MVC patterns and other software development patterns is a must.

• Design, develop and maintain frontend and backend scripts to support a fully functioning web application
• Ensure software design is simple and elegant, scalable and performant to enterprise scale standards with high availability.
• Deploy and manage operations of software deployed on the cloud such as AWS / GCP / Azure.
• Support customer installations with troubleshooting and fixing production issues
• Work on improving architecture, design of software to leverage newer technologies to increase processing capability.

Experience & Skills

• At least 5 years of full stack development that includes angular.js, node.js, Ruby on rails or Django/python frameworks
• Candidates must have experience with any databases such as mySQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Postgres.
• Has experience in constructing REST API and working with it using 2-factor authentication
